Santa Monica blvd through Hollywood hit up all the clubs great restaurants hit the grove , rodeo , Santa Monica promenade.

Yeah we will definitely be checking them out.

meh, maybe I only feel this way cuz I lived there for a few years but NYC is pretty overrated imo...if you're set on going I certainly hope it's not til late spring or summer...

Yeah my mate was keen to go. I wanted to stay around the vegas area, like LA and SD wasn't to keen on NY but might as well try it. Only 4 days i know it wont compare which is why we are saving Vegas for the last part of our trip. If it were up to me i would stay in vegas for 2 weeks lol.

We will be there, last week of July, so not sure what the weather is like then.....

Phoenix is a hour flight and has good clubs, sd isnt bad and san fran is only 1hour 15 minute flight, there is lots to do there as well

We've decided to go to New York for 4 nights, LA for 3 nights then finish off in Vegas for 5 nights. When we are in LA we might go for a drive and check out the surrounding areas. We will go with the flow.

driving in the us, can be pretty daunting for us aussies, there is that whole other side of the road thing to contend with.

Why not just fly into one town and drive to the other so you can see both?

LA clubs aren't that difficult to get into. I know some promoters that I can hook you guys up with also.

If flying from Ausy stay on the west side of the US...I vote for SD. Beautiful area and easier to get around then LA. Check out Corando Island while there. Tijuana is a ball for a day trip, just be cautious. Plus ya got Cisco to give you all the inside tips for the area.

I didn't realize you were coming all the way from Australia! in that case, I think you should think more about New York. it's probably a five hour trip from JFK to las vegas. But probably take you close to 24 hours to go from australia to JFK.. I'm guessing Australia to vegas area is shorter flight time.. I think going to NYC is worth the extra flight time..

SD is definitely beautiful, but i think you are used to seeing that kind of beauty in Australia.

If you haven't been to NYC yet, the city has an energy/vibe that is hard to feel anywhere else. I strongly suggest you think about NY some more.. You are gonna do tons of partying in Las Vegas anyways.

Well the thing is in Australia, you can't fly straight to Vegas. Its a 14hr flight from Sydney to LA then you have to change over and get on another flight to Vegas. The plan was just to go straight to Vegas for a week, but seeing we would have to stop in LA we thought we might as well stay a few days there to and warm up before hitting vegas lol

Flight from Sydney to NY is 20 hours.

No haven't considered that. It was either NY, LA or SD. NY is to far away though But anything close is an option i guess. End of the day we want to party hard. So LA may be the go, still getting mixed reviews about it though, its very confusing lol.

We just don't want to make a decision that we regret in the end, because being from Australia it's not like we can just pick up and go on the weekend lol

I've never done any partying in LA yet so can't comment on that but what I like about Diego is you can get that crazy college style partying in PB where drinks are cheap and everyone is there to just fuckig party! They have a long block(s) with all kinds of bars and it's a good spot to do a pub crawl. Oh yeah and there's the beach right there! Lol downtown Diego probly won't compare to the better clubs in LA but your going to Vegas anyways so don't really see a point in hitting top clubs at both.
At the time of the year your going it'll be perfect beach weather but since your from Australia maybe that's not a big deal since you guys have some awesome beaches. We've also got Seaworld that you could hit up lol if you wanna do the tourist thing.

That will do me. SD it is Thats what kind of time we are looking for. As you said we don't want to go to hard when we stll got vegas to come. Weather in Australia sucks man, its been raining all summer...beaches are good but never get to go to them.

Thanks for the tips and once a decision is made (looking like SD now) i will hit you guys up and we can take it from there.
