You can pick up some amazing houses for dirt cheap in the area. Houses running at like 1million at the height of the bubble probably around 300k. Big time bust in Sin city the past couple years.

This isn't a dump, but there is an HOA so you will have to pay that every month in addition to your monthly payment. Remember you can never payoff an HOA fee for the lifetime of that property. Thats part of owning a condo...

HOA fees are everywhere these days. All new developements (condo or just houses) tend to have HOAs attached with all these damn rules. booo
