Aww, I'm feeling the JC love guys.

And don't we have a lawyer AND a cop in our midst?

I think limiting the AOD to Vegas in the beginning would not only curb any legal drinking age liabilities in the beginning but make it much easier to have trial and error with the site.

If events are hosted or planned within a casino, valid ID checks would be much easier to regulate than a mass market, in the beginning specifically.

agreed! but in JCs showerdreaming he had visions of people outside of vegas having AOD competitions and stuff (at least thats how I read it) So i thought it best if we just have and entrance to the site similar to the beer companies sites whereby you enter you d.o.b. to enter. it was just a thought for further protection in this lovely litigious society we live in.

Well of course the AOD will be global and Colton's pictures of him in his Uncle Sam outfit will be the newest addition to frat house walls.

I think that in the beginning keeping it local, for a certain time period, is the best way to control drinking age problems, perform lots of trial and error, spread the word virally and possibly do marketing strategies on the bevy of people Vegas brings in (both domestic and imported ) and also see tentatively how big of a deal we're looking at.

Also, having a very specific Terms of Service one must agree to when joining the site would also help prevent any legalities.

Well Jack hasn't given me the go-ahead and I'm sure much discussion will have to take place first.

Hell, I might not even be the one running/contributing to it, though considering my impending move to Vegas, I feel quite hopeful and excited.
