I looked into it and I have no clue how to make it work financially. The going rate to develop a decent app is $15,000 to $32,000; before you can start the app store application. Then there is a 70 / 30 split with apple. At $.99 or even $1.99 an app, seems like a niche app like that would be a financial wash at best.

There have been a couple of companies who have approached me about endorsing their Vegas apps, but the extent of them is to provide host and guest list contacts....and they just take you to the main phone lines / email banks of the club.

Good point. Maybe an AOD would be a better fit, if the AOD does grow into what I imagine.

Now an Iphone app as you mention will be costly however is there a way to have a mobile version of the forum i.e. m.forums.jackcolton.com which adjusts font to the iphone size?

eh and iphone app does not need to be costly. It just needs someone willing to write the code. The difficulty and any additional cost will come down to what people what the app to do.

if I ever get some free time the development is something I am willing to do.
