PS thanks for starting the new thread - it came about because of a protracted FB conversation between us all, and we didn't want to be exclusive, but promises were only made on there that needed repeating on here! And my bad for starting this one in the wrong place in the first place. It would be handy if thread starters could delete their own threads....
