I'm going to Miami Bitch! (& need advice)

Alright so since I can't afford vegas me and my friends are going to miami and we just rented a house for NYE. Now I know your all thinking wtf miami is expensive too but were driving down (24hr drive ) and with us all staying in a house it's less than half the price of going to vegas.

So now I'm just looking for any help if anyone knows anybody or has some kinda connections with some club.... also which club is good! on which nights. Keebler already meationed that LIV is insane to me on Saturday but I got 4 nights so I'm guessing prolly atleast one other place.... Even resturant suggestions would be awesome. Thanks to everyone in advance!

I'm looking for a trip to Miami also, but for me is very important the type of music that we will listening on the clubs...

And activities during the day, where we can find that crazy beach party's? I already know the Nikki Beach Club, there is more?

Well to tell you the truth I have no idea about the beach parties other than nikki beach but I'm sure there are a bunch.
Otherwise most clubs that are the popular ones play a mix of house and top 40. Certain ones play hip hop on different nights so you really just gotta check the different clubs for different nights. I went to mansion and it didn't seem that different then here in Toronto, but still a good time. Drinks are mad expensive like $15 which I thought was worse than vegas. I say check out W at Westin or SET or Louis they seemed to be pretty nice.

Honestly your not going to find something like that. The waterfall in Tryst is pretty much exclusive. Theres lots of clubs that have pools and stuff and are half out by the water, but something crazy like that inside? All the stuff is usually saved for Vegas.

Damnit! I would've loved to see something like that but I guess just another reason to go back to vegas!

Once I get my tax return I think I'm gonna be handing it over vegas.... it makes me sad yet happy at the same time

Ok, sorry i havent been on the forum in a few days. Been a lot going on around the office and holidays and family stuff going on, i just havent had the time. Anyway, When i spoke to Sunfire in the PM's i didnt mean to necessarily say i dont go out. I do go out, but i dont go out enough where i know people at the clubs. None of my friends are really in that industry so i dont have any connections at the front doors or anything. I usually go to the front of the line, say im going to buy a bottle, and just get right in and get a bottle. Are you renting cars while your there since you will be in a house?

There are plenty of good places to go if your going to try and fill 4 nights of going out:

LIV is a definite for one night: This is in the Fountainbleau hotel, which is a little north of South Beach.

Also check out SET on Lincoln Rd which is a great spot. Lincoln Rd is on the north part of South Beach (between 16th and 17th).

Check out Louis in the Gansevoort Hotel which is on 23rd and Collins on South Beach.

Those 3 are the more new and trendy clubs/lounges right now. Then you always have the staple mainstays like ROK BAR, Mansion, Sky Bar, Shore Club, Love Hate, etc. Those are all on South beach as well.

Since your not staying on the beach there is also a few clubs near downtown, like Space and Karu&Y. Nassau went to LIV and Karu&Y when he was there. He loved LIV but wasnt a huge fan of Karu&Y.

I would love to go out with you guys but unfortunatly i wont be in town when you guys will. Im leaving on Dec 25th to go to Vail and i wont be back until Jan 9th.

Wow that's an awesome list I was debating between Mansion and SET but since you said SET well then SET it is. Thanks for the suggestions. It sucks that I won't get to meet up with you but I'm sure if Miami is as nice as people say that I'll be back soon. I am really worried about getting in to the clubs cause we have about 4 girls and like 6 guys and from how picky I hear LIV is we're prolly gonna have a hard ass time. and most of my friends are still students so they got a really tight budget so I don't think their gonna be willing to do bottles and so were gonna have to be really early or we're gonna have some problems getting in, but w/e we'll make the best of it.

And yea I'm gonna be renting cars and driving down from Toronto it's a 24hr drive
