NYE in NYC...

Brighton's not too bad..... I'd recommend Bournemouth ahead of it if you're asking about south coast beach towns, but hey - that could just be because I'm from there....

Bournemouth!!! Ha ha ha! Mr E was at Uni there - not much of a party town with the white hair brigade ruling the place!

Brighton should be fun - big gang of us staying at a friend's house in the Lanes, so drinks there (hey these guys would call it pre-gaming?!)and out clubbing/freezing our asses off later. Should be fun - but yeah, would rather be going to Vegas with you guys.

Not Much of a party town?! are you kidding me?! it's insane - It has more clubs than any other town in the UK!!! (all the big clubbing places - London, Manchester, Birmingham etc are cities)

Yeah, DEFINITELY don't want to do the Times Square madness! We were thinking about M2, but it might be a bit too crowded, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are hosting it or something. I'm sure everywhere is going to be crowded. I just want a nice place with room to dance and good music to dance to. Any suggestions? I would like to try out GreenHouse sometime while I'm there, NyceGuy said it's a pretty cool place.

We're gonna go clubbing more nights than just NYE, so if you're up for meeting up any other time as well, let me know!!

I went to M2 a few weeks back and it is a nice spot but no room for dancing since they filled the dancefloor with tables. I have been wanting to checkout HOME/Guesthouse which is a block away from M2.

I will let you know if I can get out on another night besides NYE.

Yeah, looking at pics of M2, it looks pretty crowded. I almost want to find a smaller club that won't be very crowded, but has great music and a decent dancefloor that isn't packed in like sardines. But dunno if that exists... probably not.

believe it or not places are traditionally less crowded than normal on NYE in NYC, alot of people do house parties....most of the places sell tickets in advance to control the crowds.....especially what happened at tavern on the green on halloween night.

I had my last birthday bash at Home/Guesthouse. It's a nice place but still on the smaller side. If you don't mind small places then it's def a great place. Real good crowd and good music. It's 2 separate clubs tho. You can get a wristband that lets you walk between both.

I'm afraid I have to agree with Drew - once Nyceguy see's the plans for pregaming together, then dinner then the Cathouse party with ~15 other JC members I'm pretty sure he'll realise he needs to be in LV

I agree that it would be nice to have you guys all there. But you can always represent from the East Coast You guys will have a great time in New York.. make sure to take pictures and post TR's though
