Sadly it doesn't taste it! It's chocolate and cinnamon - and kind of tastes like hash cakes for some reason - he's probably going to be really disappointed that it's not!!! Just melting the chocolate and marshmallows....oops have chocolate on the keys now!

Ok, part 1 of halloween - perhaps too much detail again!! Sorry!

Sat - 3 hours sleep and meeting the parents for brunch (I'm soooo wishing they're not here, wasn't expecting to come over and fool around like I am, but once I'd started it was hard to stop! So I'm leading a double life, slut at night, daughter by day!) Have champagne brunch at Harrah's and get pretty drunk and feel quite cheery. Get a bit annoyed that the guy from last night hasn't txted :-(

I'm pretty sure he had a good time (twice) but maybe he didn't like that I didn't go all the way? Or maybe it's the married thing? We got on well and everything at dinner, but I don't suppose we had much in common. Plus he was going on a date on the Sunday with a girl he'd liked for years - hopefully it went well for him! Decide I'm over it (but maybe I'm a little hurt) :-(
But never mind, it's Halloween and it's going to be great!!!

OH and I have a good old chat, and wonder whether to call it a day with cute guy, but then decide to just go with the whole Vegas thing - we're both having fun clubbing and me fooling around is his ultimate fantasy, so f*** it - why stop now?!

Sat/Halloween - Best night ever!

Resurrect the costumes from Tuesday night, sans blood for me. Have a few G&Ts as usual, take some great pics in our room then head out early to have dinner at the Rio first. I want to go and see the view from Voodoo.

Go catch the bus as it's just outside our place. I love looking at all the costumes and the great atmosphere on the strip. The kids in buggies are so cute in their little devil costumes.

The Rio is a little odd and everyone in costume seems to be leaving, so we decide we're not hanging around long. We skip dinner in the name of getting drunk quicker and so have a couple of dirty lemonades at the bar (I get the guy to skip the lemonade and just give me straight up vodka shots for $2, which gets the party started for us).

Head up to Voodoo waaay early, but it's just to see the view. It's really cool and looks like it would be a good venue later, but with everyone still eating it's a weird vibe. We head back to the strip and go back to our room to down some serious alcohol.

I also ditch my underskirt as it's a prickly net one and it's snagging my stockings (it also means that if anyone cares to look they can see my halloween knickers with their skull and crossbones on. :-)
So tonight I'm a slutty maid, with very red lipstick and again OH undoes the buttons on my dress so my cleavage is very out. I still feel like my costume is different to everyone else's - subtle slut rather then full on slut perhaps? Plus it's not made of nylon or polyester, which makes it much nicer to dance in! And I made the apron and hat myself (a domestic wife moment).

We decide to head to Tryst as we think it'll be easy to to get in again. Get more beers and walk down the strip so we can see the party atmosphere and everyone in costumes. There's block parties on the side streets, but we know we want to go to somewhere a bit classier. I still think there's a great atmosphere though, no fight, no puking, just people having fun - a huge improvement compared to UK nights out!

We get to Tryst and the queue is pretty big and there's heaps of bouncers. It's still pretty early though, so I'm optimistic. After a few minutes a girl bouncer comes over and asks if I'm on the list - I do my whole 'blag it' routine - "sure, Joe put me on it" - she checks, doesn't find me but writes me the magic free ticket anyway and lets us both in - result! OH has to pay the cover (boo!) but I get in free and we've only waited 5 mins.

It's not too busy when we get there, so we grab some drinks (no ice to maximize the alcohol content obviously) and just check out the crowd. We don't see anyone particularly interesting so we sit down and chat. OH goes to the loo and while I'm waiting for him some sleazeball comes over and tries to drag me to his table to dance. He's young and not exactly fugly, but he's so god damn cocky and I can't stand that (I'm all about the sweet, cute guys). So he's tying to dance with me and I just sit down and talk to his friend (and top up my vodka from his table obviously!). OH emerges from the loo, so I signal him, he comes over, takes me by the hand, I stand up and kiss him and we walk off (he he he). The sleazy guy totally saw me with OH earlier and still made his move, so it was good to show him who's better!

The place starts to fill up and we dance and check out the great costumes. I see the hottest guy I've seen all week and kind of look hopefully in his direction. We get talking and dancing together and I'm feeling great! We dance and make out a bit, but it's still early in the night and we head in different directions. OH agrees that he's the hottest guy I've kissed all week (and I protest that OH is, but eventually we both agree that this guy is in a separate league - and not to be biased or anything, but my hubby is hot anyway, so this guy was off the scale!).

So I'm happy with my conquest and ready to hang with OH for a bit, but then I end up dancing with some other cute guy (blonde with stubble seems to be my type). He asks me who I'm here with (as we kind of dance pretty close up to each other) and I think F*** it (again) and say "my husband" - he does a double take and looks around. And I'm like "it's cool, we're in an open relationship" He's soooo into it! He says he's with his GF but to give him 20 mins and he's all mine! I'm really confused by this, like WTF? what's he going do with her? I leave him looking for his GF and dance with OH, who by now is with about 5 girls who all seem pretty keen!

An aside:
Now after the night at Tryst, where I was making out all night with my cute guy, and poor OH had to try and not be spotted, (whilst also watching what I was doing and trying not to look like a sad loner) I said he should dance with other girls. I mean I really have no problem with it, but every time he tried they all tried to snog (kiss) him, so he stopped doing it on Thursday. But tonight is Saturday, and all bets are off.

Carrying on:
One girl is really keen on OH and one of the other girls is *really* dancing with me. The girls all know we're together, but the one who want's OH keeps encouraging her gay friend to dance with me. I'm ok, happy watching what OH's doing, because his girl is really hot and I'm curious to see if I'm going to be jealous or not. Anyway she kisses him a bit and it's all ok by me, so I carry on dancing with the girl I'm with. She's really full on, rubbing her hands up my legs, so I kind of do the same (she really had the loveliest, smooth legs ever!). When I look up at OH he's dancing behind his girl with his arms round her and kissing her neck, and for some reason in my drunken state this is NOT ok! So I signal for him to stop doing that, but he thinks I mean stop all together, so he grabs me and pulls me off. I'm kind of disappointed as I was enjoying MY dance
So we go outside and chat about it all, and he's really upset about kissing the girl and he's upset that' he's upset me (even though I'm fine!). So we hang out together for a bit, and I PROMISE him I really don't mind that he kissed her, (it's just the neck thing was too intimate somehow...something I expect him to only do with me, not some random girl on the dance floor. God knows what the logic is in that, but there you go!)

The night is still young though....

Ahem...*blushes* I think I'm being a little too honest :-(

I can't believe 2 weeks ago I was on here asking advice on clubs etc...and thinking, really, that I wasn't going to be able to keep up with you guys! (I still couldn't, we had a night off between nights out). But still, for an old woman I think I did ok :-)

Probably do the rest of the TR tomorrow. Depends on the reactions to this...I don't want to become known as the town bike! (do you know that expression?)
