May as well keep the TR short, you all know what goes on in these clubs unless there is a great story.

Besides most nights I ended up grabbing a seat in my own personal time machine, skipping entire blocks of time due to alcohol, so why bother with some details but not others.

Another really enjoyable trip report. I too love the rooms at The Hotel. I just wish that the Mandalay had a little more action going on. It's such a nice place, but so boring at night time. The rooms mostly make up for it, though.

I'm cracking up about getting locked out of the room. That happened to me at the Imperial Palace one time. Only thing was, at least I think, slept walked out into the hall. One minute I'm sleeping, next I'm standing in my boxers and t-shirt pounding on the door and security is opening it up for me and checking my id. Very strange experience.

Another vote for the Palms wristband huh? May have to check this out at some point.

Spend some time on the inside; watch one of the costume contests, then head out by the waterfall. Talk to a bunch of great people, my friend heads off to the bathroom around 4 as it is winding down.

lol! I wonder if you saw me and my cute guy making out right by the waterfall...hmmm that would be embarrassing!

Great TR btw - it's nice to hear about the hotels and stuff!

Friday- Sleep most of the day given the previous night’s adventures. Grab some food and we were planning to do the Luxor bar crawl which started at 6. It was $15 for 4 bars, 2 free drinks $4 drink specials and entry into LAX at the end. Get to the start of it and it looks pretty sad so we just have a drink at the bar waiting to see if it gets better before getting the wrist bands. We decide to pass, head back over to the LAX podium to get on the list for Deadmau5, gamble a bit and head back to room to relax and enjoy some nice Fat Tuesday drinks. Get to LAX around 11:45 and try to get in, fire alarms are going off so they cannot let anyone in. Grab a round at the casino bar, jump back in guest list line and are one of the first few in as soon as alarms are off. Good times inside, the crowd was a lot of fun and had me wishing I had a table for the first time all trip really as the middle is just mobbed. Head out late, get some McDonalds from Luxor court and walk back to the room.

Hey, I was also at LAX around 11, and the alarms were going off then as well. That sound was so annoying! Do you know what time Deadmau5 was actually there?? What time did you get in?
