They are called Rascals. I think I remember reading some girls TR that her and her friend "borrowed" a older guys Rascal and went driving around the casino crazy one night. Can't remember if it was here or if I heard it irl.

when i was in vegas in march, my friends and i were wating to get a cab outside harrah's at about 2am. all of a sudden we noticed this guy, probably about 25, come pulling up on one of those Rascals. He had a beer in one hand, and was wearing those Kanye West sunglasses. He proceeded to ask us "hey, do you ladies need a lift?"...every one of us burst out laughing. security chased him off, but he came back about 5 mins later as we were still waiting. he was pretty determined, because he asked us again if we needed a lift. my friend replied "ummm, i don't think we can all fit" (there were 5 of us waiting) his response to this was "wanna bet?"....at this point we were laughing so hard we could barely get in the cab when it finally came.
