Bevmo is where I buy it from - not sure if you like any flavoured vodkas (I usually hate them), but their Kaffir Lime vodka is quality and totally not sweet.

Flavoured vodka is usually excessively sweet and sugary (those smirnoff ones are like having mixed drinks in shot form).
Flavoured vodkas are good when they essence it (ie use actual fruit to flavour it, or in some cases, the peel) - so it's only a hint.
Pro Tip: You can make your own flavoured vodka this way. Take a flavourless vodka by a medium brand, cut up some limes (or oranges or mangos), put them in the vodka in a decanter, let it sit in the fridge for a few days, then strain all the pulp out and, hey, flavoured vodka!

the post ive been looking for! thanks for confirming the prices man!Originally posted by gabriel12 View PostThe prices at the Costco in Las Vegas are the same as here in Cali. The 1.75 L bottle of Grey Goose is $44 usd. And you cannot compare Kirkland to Grey Goose. For the $17 difference ($27 for Kirkland) I would stick to Grey Goose or Belve ($40).
EDIT: yeah we would have probably brought some hangar one, but everyones flying in - so we're just going to goto costco and load up thereLast edited by otapnam; 08-28-2009, 08:53 AM.

have you been to the distillery in alameda? 12 tastings (maybe 1/2 shot each) for $10. all of them amazing
i'm partial to the unflavored hangar one, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than gray goose for about the same price.
if you have to go flavored kaffir lime is good, mandarin blossom isn't too bad, buddha's hand lemon is my favorite though! 100% natural flavorings mmmmmmmmmm. . . now i'm thirstycrap out, cash out, pass out
i still smell like smoke, strippers, and shame
