On days i feel like crap, sometimes id rather sacrifice the pay for the sleep.

How about do both? Nap in your car during breaks and lunch Its easier if you work from home..

On TNT.tv (a television station out here) you can watch a tv show and if your boss comes in you can hit a button and up pops a spread sheet to make it look like you were working. The spread sheet is about goofing off at work and the % of you getting caught. It even has graphs.
