so blame keebler for the increased hotel rates, apparently hes in town for a convention looks like there are several conventions that week but im sure we will be able to get a special rate for weeknights and besides the hotels always charge increased rate far in advance then drop them as it gets closer the they spike up again within 10 days of the date

Agreed, it's way too early to worry about hotel rates right now. They will definitely come down.

I like the weekday idea, it will be much cheaper and it falls on my birthday as well. I'll definitely have to put a crew together, and in fact I probably will for this week no matter what since it's my birthday.

You people are getting me excited again! Oh, and i'm going for a convention in March with my friend's business. I'm a "consultant" for them.

Well dont include me in the hotel for the block because i get hotel stay with my company because ill be out there for work on those dates. I would already have a room and it will most likely be in the Venetian because its hooked onto the Sands convention center.

Ideally, a Sun-Fri would be the best. Colton could hook it up every day of the week. Pool parties and Clubs. No matter what dates you come up with, Fri and Sat, youll probably be on your own.

My vote is for the 16-21 with the grand finale, being the night of the 20th. Members could come in as early as the 16th or as late as the 20th. Using those dates, we could probably get a block of hotel rooms too.

Oh I like that idea! I thought it was like we are on our own and we just meet for one party..but the whole block group party thing is going to off the chain for a couple of days. Sign me up!

well heres what we have to figure out....what would be the best night for the party itself? I am thinking wed or thur...of course thurs being better but I dont know if a thurs is feasible, and if its on a wed what days would everyone be looking to go out and leave???? lets hear it

And no Cisco, I won't be coming this weekend. I already have awesome plans that aren't in Vegas. If they somehow were to fall through (which they won't) I will buy a ticket though. Never say never, haha.
