I know everyone has their preference when it comes to hotels, but would it be possible to get some sort of group rate if a bunch of us decided to stay at the same hotel?

I think we set it tentative and set it in stone come thanksgiving time...but with this much notice I dont see why everyone will not be there except for apparently hot for vegas who has already stated that.

I know its wayyyy early to discuss all the pricing and everything. We can set a tentative date and then keep tracking it for like a month or 2 and see what happens. That may be best.

I thought the same thing about the weekend, we will see what the poll shows us as well I think with enough advance people would be able to swing at least most of the week.

Start a new poll with both dates and an I will not attend. I have a feeling the weekend is going to win.

Thur: evening: welcome party
Fri: Day-maybe a pool party Evening: on your own
Sat: On your own
Sun: Day-on your own Evening-member party finale
Mon: go home

There's no way I can take a week off. Whack! If it runs through the weekend I might be able to work more with that. But that's just me.
