I've used these all over Vegas and no problems. Most places charge tax (~8%) and 18% gratuity before the coupon.

I have used these at Mix, Fleur De Lis and Auroele ..... they work great !.... Fleur was kind of Snotty about it ... but the other two places were fine with them
