yeah I have alot of friends actually in 951....as for 714 its not bad been to few ducks and angels games but thats really it. I actually almost bought a house in irvine about 4 years ago THANK GOD i didnt they have plummetted, I like it out there, im more of a fan of 949 laguna and newport, I spend alot of time down there prob get out 2wice a year.....when I visit 951 I go insane at the fact you cant find a decent restaurant or sportsbar to watch games

Sweet man! Yea you made a great move by not buying then. Now is the time to buy though.. I m actually in the process of moving out of my condo in Ana-crime to somewhere thats a little less ghetto and bigger. They actually included Irvine into the 949 area code now. Thats where I work
