We're staying at the HR next week. Checking in Wednesday and checking out Monday... I was thinking of doing $40 just because I didn't want the $20 not to be enough...

I'll check in thursday and check out monday. I'll try to get upgraded at Palms Place to a 1BR Apt. I'll try it with 50 $.

Its almost always going to work for a room with a better view, location, or slight upgrade. If your looking for a major upgrade, its hit or miss.

In all fairness it was mdw when i stayed at palms place. now, my boys are staying there for a bachelor party the weekend of august 28th and they are getting the 2 bedroom for $400/night so anything is possible, but they got a good contact. let us know how that works out for you..

I def. will post my experience.
If it doesnt work, who cares. We'll still have a great time in vegas. and even the "standard rooms" look pretty nice at Palms Place.

I can report that for our 5 day stay, wed-mon, we tipped $30 and got an upgrade to a SIIIIIICK view of the pool at HR. 4th floor, so we weren't too high to actually see people and not too low to see over the trees. It was just right! On a side note: I think $20 would have worked....who knows.

Nice......$30 for 5 days is definatly worth it.
