I love N9NE and Nove at the Palms. Either one is great for steak. I love the atmosphere too. I have been to SW and while it was good, the atmosphere was odd, and a lot of old hoity-toity people in there. Emeril's Delmonico would have to be a close follower.

Hard to say......I have only been to SW once and N9NE many times, so having never had a bad meal there, I'd have to say N9NE.

I am a StripSteak junkie as of the invasion. Great wine selection, the appetizer fries are some of the best I've ever had, fantastic cocktails, and the Kobe rib cap was the best piece of meat I've had in recent memory.Comment

Carnevino is tops if you plan ahead - if you want the best steak you've ever had, phone a few days ahead and see about a Porterhouse Riserva. These are not aged 30, 40 or 60 days - instead these are aged 240 days.
The price is steep - they charge $100 per inch (vertical), and you'll definitely want at least a 2 incher.

SW is my favorite, some days I just crave their potatoes au gratin.
