I'm still holding out for good hotel rates and so forth for the both of us. We were thinking of finding more people to go and splitting the room - but last time it ended with so much drama and bullshit that it doesn't seem worth it. A hundred dollars more for no drama is easily worth the price.
We stayed in the timeshare last December, and it wasn't a major holiday weekend. It even snowed and our shuttle arrived on time. Craziness. But all are valid points, I can't really make a decision until at least late October, when more discounts will be flooding about. Not to mention parts of City Center will be up and running, which probably means a great decrease in hotel rates since there will be so many more rooms available.
Or at least, that is what I am hoping for!
