    Great reviews Royale! I went to Tao Beach in the afternoon of July 3rd and it was crazy packed. Went back there on July 4th to watch the fireworks (that were either coming from Caesar's or behind it) then went into Tao. Tao was packed as well. My girlfriend and I ended up going to Lavo for a short while before meeting some friends to go to Paiza. Lavo TOTALLY reminded me of Tryst! On my next trip, those are the only 2 clubs I'm gonna hit.

      I heard about the view the fireworks from Tao Beach event, and I figured it was going to be packed since its free. LAVO and Tao Beach definitely cater to VIP/ Bottle service only. Regular folks don't have any room to dance or relax and have a drink like you do at Tryst.

          Thats funny.. the protein shake was definitely keeping my swole on while I was in Vegas. I lost 4lbs when I hit the gym today and weighed myself the first time after Vegas. Could be all the drinks and no proper diet and no shakes... but I gotta get back to work!

            Hey Royale, give me your problem and I'll be straight! Hahaha ... I have to run my ass off and be strict on the diet to lose weight (which is the goal for labor day weekend). We should make a "LV Body Weight Lifting" section here to discuss how to prep the body both physically and internally for a future LV trip hahaha.

                Yea thats a good idea! Especially during the summer months, theres the day time parties where you gotta show off those guns.

                I go to the gym 4-5x a week and I work out two different body parts each day. I do about 10-20 minutes of cardio. Well I weighed myself yesterday and I gained 2 lbs back after 2 days of working out and taking protein shakes.

                    Nice routine. I'm about the same and have been consistently hitting up the gym 5 times a week, watching the diet, and doing a heavy cardio session (spin class, treadmill, elliptical, bike - constantly changing up the routine). I'm Korean (south, so don't kill me) so I love my rice and it's been hard staying away from it ... fock it no pain no gain!

                    If you want a pep ... Endurush does it for me ... I drink it before my work out (work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach).

                      haha no sweat bro! One of my good work out buddies is Korean as well.. he loads up on the KBBQ after he breaks down all the muscles at the gym. Not sure where you are from, but in Buena Park Orange county we have a KBBQ right next to the 24 fitness. Its a good place to recover after a good work out called the "Pinehill KBBQ".

                      Oh yea.. Endurush.. I heard some dudes in the gym talk about it. How is it like? Anything like Nox? I don't take anything besides protein shakes.. afraid of the side effects :P

                        Damn Korean BBQ is the shiet! I haven't been to any places in the OC but been to multiple places in LA and I know exactly what you mean ... good stuff. I normally drink a protein shake right after my work out but KBBQ sounds 100x's better hahaha.

                        Endurush kicks my ass for my cardio ... I sweat like as if I just went into the dry sauna. It's similar to NO2Xplode but without the creatine. I took the N02 before and it made me get bigger but I'm already big man I want to lean up. If you decide to ever take it ... just drink a quarter to half the bottle and see how you do with it, it's potent!

                          Oh okay! So its more for leaning up.. I don't need to lean up anymore. I m a skinny mofo as it is. 6'2 172 is borderline Kenyan marathon runner(jk). I need to bulk up, so I think a product with creatine helps. With protein shakes alone, and a high protein diet.. I was able to put on 3 lbs of lean muscle in 3 weeks before Vegas. I think I will try that again.

                            Yeah definitely good for you man. I need to lay off the sushi and rice infused meals ... one of the pitfalls of being Asian you get addicted to rice and noodles which equates to a jiggly ass stomach. Haha ... damn I can't wait for Labor Day Weekend!

                              haha tell me about it.. I love Dim Sum and Chow Mein! I even had to drive out to Spring Mountain to get it when I was in Vegas. But I don't go crazy over the carbs.. focus on eating the meats and throwing some noodles and rice out isn't the end of the world.

                                Spring Mountain is a lost treasure in Vegas ... best place for Pho after a heavy nights drinking.
