well id like to think im a pretty honest person and truthfully maybe the club knew about it, i had no idea she wasnt coming till i was told at the podium at 1am. But i also sent alot of tables elsewhere that night just for the fact that i wasnt sure if she was coming or not. And if you knew our club and who was behind it trust me they probably had no idea lol. The promoters who booked the event probably knew about it idk i cant speak for them. Yes, it reflects really bad on the club i agree 100 percent.

As of the club making profit they did and they didnt. When we had events we did well. The problem was the person booking the events had no idea what the hell he was doing. We have a nice venue and a nice pool party although yes the pool needs to be alot bigger we are just in a hard hotel to sell. People dont realize thats why hosts are key at some places, i had several clients that didnt want to come to nikki because it was at the trop but came for me to support me. When i get future details on whats going on ill make sure ill keep the jc members in the loop.

That makes a difference. I honestly dont put NB as on the top of my list of goto places, but if there was a friend/host/acquaintance that would take care of me well, I would gladly go there to support that person. Being taken cared of goes along way. Its called loyalty and people dont value that as much anymore.

Yes loyalty in vegas has gone down the tubes in every aspect. But the hosts that do realize loyalty is key will go a long way. Wether its one bottle or 10 bottles or just guestlist someone wants to do people should be taken care of literally the same as a baller. Everyone wants to make money but having a client loyal to you works out for the long term better then screwing someone over for a quick buck

Another thing that makes a difference is referrals right? I'm sure for every new person you're taking care of, theres 5 other groups of people they refer to you.

Its a service industry and it should be treated that way. Take care of all levels of customers and it'll go along way.

Damn that shit is craazy. I always saw the Trop as the "shitty" trop, like the type of hotel you're more likely to see on Fremont st. But after it's renovations and the combo with ClubNikki, Maybe, Just Maybe they might have a chance.

Fast forward to today: No club Nikki, renovated hotel with a bad history. The Trop is going to have to sell itself with loyalty and great service to survive!!

The scoop...we are having a cpl people who know vegas come over to nikki so that should help..we are closing down in december for 2 weeks then re-opening new years, new club name, new marketing, new faces except for mine and a few others. So it should benefit everyone in general. The hotel has made alot of strides but its known as an old hotel thats just the way it is.

Update trop/nikki beach

So we have had a few new people come in who actually know what they are doing. Which is a good start. We will be changing the name of the nightclub within the next couple of weeks, changing a bit of the inside part of the club and the pool drastically next year. We will go hard after talent and acts and also push hard on promotions. Had a very positive and great meeting with the new people the other day and i really do think the club is going in the right direction. There will be PLENTY of new things coming up over the next few weeks and yes as of now i will be remainning at Club Nikki aka ???..Right now lets just call it Club Chad lol Once again i thank the Jc members for the support all of you have been great and from other hosts from around town. I can do great deals this weekend and guestlist as well
