when you pay to go in 1 place does it cover all places in that hotel ? ie based on signature above , if you pay to go to rain do you get in moon etc too ?

No. Although for the Palms, you can buy all-access wristbands that get you fast entry no cover for the 4 clubs at palms (ghostbar, rain, moon, playboy). If you get a table at one of the palms clubs, yuo can usually ask your host for help in getting into the other places as well if your looking to barhop after drinking your bottle.

But for most places, no paying cover to XS won't get you into Tryst.

Its not the host getting you into the other clubs, its the N9Ne group stamp you get when you buy your table. Everyone who buys a table at 1 palms club gets into all palms clubs.
