Right errm ok so I'll leave it as it is but I've got to tip the host? How much? Also I have to tip 15% to the waitresses and 8% tax. So it will be $1230 + host tip.

I'm new to all this and its so confusing haha.

Also I've just had a quote back of red carpet VIP for a day bed. $1750 with only a $1000 bar tab. So are they taking $500 + just for booing it for me? Seems very step that.

also $1000 min + 8%sales tax+20%waitress tip+10%let-live entertainment tax= $1380- Not sure if daylight has the waitress/let built in but be prepared it could be that high.
Host tip is a cash amount usually used to lower min/improve location subject to negotiation.

On that red carpet quote- yes some outside companies do that.
