Pool parties + grasshoppers??

Headed to Vegas shortly. Has anyone witnessed the pool scene during all of this? Day clubs open? Water swimmeable or? How bad are the grasshoppers around the pool areas and which hotel pools are even open right now? Thanks a bunch!
